Relax by the authentic stone fireplace or step out on the rear viewing deck to admire the northern lights, arctic foxes and the occasional dogsledder. Even polar bears have been known to roam by the Café late at night.
Your meals will be as enticing and memorable as the ambiance with a menu that has received international acclaim. Choose from exotic entrees such as Sirloin of Muskox Rouladen, Greenland Arctic Cod and Hudson Bay Speckled Trout (in season).
Traditional favorites include Smoky St. Louis-style Ribs, mouthwatering Bruschetta Grilled Chicken and Fillet of Cod, Maui-style, which includes coconut and honey butter. Buns are fresh-baked daily in a stone baking kiln and the chef has created homemade desserts you won’t find anywhere else.
